    At Overr Eazy Farm LLC (“we,” “us,” “our”), we take pride in providing healthy, high-quality chicks and fertile hatching eggs. However, due to the many factors outside of our control once birds or eggs leave our care, the following policies apply:


    Chicks (Chickens & Quail)


    Local Pickup Orders


    All chicks are guaranteed healthy at the time of pickup. Please carefully inspect your chicks before leaving, as once they are in your care, we cannot issue refunds or replacements. No refunds or replacements will be given for chick losses after pickup.


    Shipped Orders


    All shipped chicks are guaranteed alive and healthy upon arrival at your destination Post Office and for up to 2 hours after you are contacted for pickup. We are not responsible for losses after this 2-hour window or after the chicks leave the Post Office. To file a claim for losses upon arrival:

    - Take clear photos of any losses at the Post Office before leaving.

    - Email photos to Overr Eazy Farm LLC (contact info available on every page of our website).

    - We will refund any dead-on-arrival birds that fall within the terms outlined in this section.

    - Shipping is never refundable under any condition.


    Due to factors beyond our control (shipping conditions, handling, brooder setup), no refunds or replacements will be issued beyond these terms.


    Hatching Eggs


    General Policy (Pickup & Shipped Orders)


    We do not guarantee hatch rates under any circumstances. Hatch rates can vary widely due to handling, incubation practices, or transit. By purchasing hatching eggs, you acknowledge these risks and accept that no refunds will be issued for poor development or hatch rates. Average hatch rates for shipped eggs are typically around 50%, but results may be significantly lower or higher. Customers may email us to ask about current fertility rates by breed before purchase. Any exceptions to this policy are at the sole discretion of Overr Eazy Farm LLC.


    Shipping and Refund Policy for Hatching Eggs


    No refunds are available for shipped hatching eggs under any circumstances. If eggs arrive after the date(s) promised by USPS, please contact us via email to discuss your options. All shipped eggs are insured through USPS. If eggs arrive with visible external damage:

    - Take photos immediately.

    - File a claim through the USPS website or at your local Post Office.

    - USPS may require you to bring damaged eggs to your Post Office for inspection.

    - USPS reimbursement is not guaranteed but may be possible.


    Returns & Biosecurity Policy


    For infection control and biosecurity purposes, hatching eggs and live chicks cannot be returned to Overr Eazy Farm LLC (“we,” “us,” “our”) under any circumstances. This is a strict policy with no exceptions in order to protect the health and safety of our flocks.
