At Overr Eazy Farm LLC (“we,” “us,” “our”), we take pride in providing healthy, high-quality chicks and fertile hatching eggs. Due to factors outside our control once birds or eggs leave our care, the following policies apply.
Chicks (Chickens & Quail)
Local Pickup Orders

All chicks are guaranteed healthy at the time of pickup.

Please inspect your chicks before leaving.

Once chicks are in your care, no refunds or replacements will be issued for any losses.
Shipped Orders

All shipped chicks are guaranteed alive and healthy upon arrival at your destination Post Office, and for up to 2 hours after you are notified for pickup.

We are not responsible for losses:

After the 2-hour pickup window

After chicks leave the Post Office

To File a Claim (Dead on Arrival)
Customers must complete ALL of the following:

Take clear photos of losses at the Post Office before leaving

Email photos to Overr Eazy Farm LLC
-
Notify us within 48 hours of Post Office pickup
If all conditions are met:

Refunds will be issued for qualifying dead-on-arrival chicks only

Shipping costs are non-refundable under all circumstances
Additional Conditions

No refunds or replacements will be issued beyond the terms listed above

No refunds will be issued for poor development or hatch rates
Typical shipped egg hatch rates may average around 50%, but results may vary significantly.
Customers may contact us prior to purchase for current fertility estimates by breed. Any exceptions are at the sole discretion of Overr Eazy Farm LLC.

Shipping Schedule

Eggs ship Mondays, Tuesdays, and Saturdays only

This minimizes delays and weekend holdovers
Freshness

Eggs are collected and packed specifically for your order
Packaging Method

Eggs are secured using closed-cell foam designed specifically for hatching egg transport

Packaging is designed to minimize movement and reduce the risk of damage during transit
Shipping Boxes

Orders are shipped in USPS Flat Rate boxes with additional padding as needed
Returns & Biosecurity Policy
Overr Eazy Farm LLC
For infection control and biosecurity purposes, live chicks and fertile hatching eggs cannot be returned to Overr Eazy Farm LLC (“we,” “us,” “our”) under any circumstances. This strict no-return policy is in place to protect the health and safety of our flocks and prevent the introduction or spread of disease.
If you experience issues such as dead-on-arrival chicks or damaged hatching eggs, please refer to our Live Chick & Hatching Egg Policy for instructions on how to proceed.
By purchasing chicks or hatching eggs from Overr Eazy Farm LLC, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this policy.
Cancellation & Related Refund Policy

At Overr Eazy Farm LLC, we understand that plans can change. Please review the following policy carefully before placing your order.
Cancellation Timeframes
Within 24 Hours of Order Placement

Eligible for a full refund to the original payment method
After 24 Hours of Order Placement, Up to 11:59 PM (Eastern Time) the Day Before Scheduled Shipping or Pickup

Subject to a 25% cancellation fee

The remaining 75% will be refunded to the original payment method
On the Scheduled Shipping or Pickup Day (12:00 AM Eastern Time and After)

No refunds will be issued

All cancellation requests must be submitted prior to the applicable deadline to qualify for a refund
